Yes! Great post! I loved all of it and totally agree, you do not know what tired is until you are a mother. Nor do you know how empty your heart was until you have kiddos to fill it up.

First of all, great list. But secondly, I am intrigued. If you go for a blow dry once a week, do you not wash your hair then to keep the body?

It's all about the hair you know!

Kami - LOL! When I go for a blow dry, I don't wash it for a few days. When I wash it myself, I wear my hair naturally curly. I prefer it straight. That's why I get it down once a week, so at least for a couple of days I have nice straight hair! :)

i wanted to mention that you probably werent BORED at the time. Looking back i guess you think you were bored, but life doesnt only get exciting when you have kids, you know. So i suppose you should say it is more exciting now, but try to stay away from "it was boring then" because really you didnt know otherwise!!!!! And people that dont have children do not have boring lives- unless they choose to make it so!

Ah, sister. My life before kids was certainly not as 'exciting' as it is now! Despite traveling, and going out, and yada, yada, yada... of course life can be exciting if you don't have kids... but what you can accomplish in a 24 hour time period when you do have children is amazing!
