Reduce Morning Chaos With Jergens Moisturizer For Wet Skin

I'm not a morning person, despite the fact that I wake up at six a.m. every day. (Thanks, children!) Waking up at six o'clock has a lot to do with the fact that I'm a mom of two early risers, and even though I don't fall asleep until well past midnight, waking up early is my new normal.

Despite waking up at the crack of dawn, getting out the door on time can still be a challenge. The morning hustle is real, you guys.

I'm glad Jergens asked me to try their new Jergens Moisturizer for Wet Skin, because it's truly helped save me time getting ready in the morning.

I love products that promise to save me time, and Jergens is a name I already trust to keep my skin feeling soft and smooth. I enjoyed using both the Green Tea Oil and the Coconut Oil moisturizers. I applied the moisturizer after I turned off the water in my shower, and quickly dried off with a towel. The moisturizer actually stays locked in, and my skin feels soft all day long.  These moisturizers are perfect for people like me who are always on the go, but don't want to skip their morning shower and moisturize routine. Taking care of your skin is really important!

Here are my tips for reducing morning chaos:

Get up early. Set the alarm if you have to. Unless you have kids—they work well as alarm clocks, too!

Shower. And moisturize your skin. Fall and winter can really dry out our skin, so a good moisturizer can help. I cannot get enough of the new Jergens Moisturizer for Wet Skin—especially the Coconut Oil moisturizer. I apply this right after I shower, before I dry off, and it keeps my skin feeling so soft, all day long.

Eat a healthy breakfast. I know—you're busy. But breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Start with some protein, like eggs or Greek yogurt, to kick-start your day.

Get clothes ready the night before.  Get the children's clothes ready the night before, and while you're at it, plan your outfit, too. This will prevent you from screaming "But I have nothing to wear!" as you stare at your closet full of clothes in the morning.

Prepare lunch at night. I like to have a variety of fruits and veggies washed and ready to go in the fridge, so packing lunch for my boys in the morning doesn't take up a lot of my time.

Coffee. Coffee. Coffee. Did I say coffee? Make mine a Venti, please.

Phew. There you go. With these tips, you should be able to stay on top of your morning hustle, and you'll have soft, glowing skin, too, thanks to Jergens Moisturizer for Wet Skin. Thank you, Jergens!
