It's finally here! Spring, we've been waiting. This weekend was so gorgeous, I bet everyone spent it outdoors. The sun was shining, and it was actually... hot outside. There is so much to look forward to now that warmer days are here... walks to the park, bike rides, flip flops, tanned skin, drink on the patio, BBQ's with friends and family, and... frozen yogurt, of course! I love taking my children to Menchie's as an after-school surprise or just because we're craving something delicious and cold. Summer is awesome for a million different reasons, and ice cream—and frozen yogurt—is on the top of my list of things I love about this season. My boys totally agree. Seems like only yesterday I was complaining about the cold weather. It pretty much was yesterday, though. We skipped spring, and suddenly, summer has arrived! You won't hear me complain about the weather until probably the end of October, when things start getting cold and miserable again. What can I say? I'm a summer girl, 12 months a year. While I'm currently stuck in my office working, my five year old is enjoying himself swimming at his grandparents beautiful heated pool. Great way to cool off after school, isn't it? I'm counting down the hours until I can join him and his older brother. You know what goes great with summer, and swimming?
