Interview with a 3 year old, take two!

I have a journal that I keep about my children. One for each child. I'm actually on my second journal for my oldest son, not including his baby book that I filled during his first year.

Right now, I'm loving interviewing my oldest son. I include the things he says in the journal. For some reason, these interviews always take place during bath time.

I love hearing his little answers to my questions!

How old are you? 4.

Actually, you're 3 and a half. Forget about it - I'm 4, not 3!

What makes you happy? Turquoise.

What do you love to do? Construction stuff.

Who do you love? Daddy, Mama, yiayia Katerina, yiayia Georgina.

What about Dimitry: I love him too!

What's your favourite movie? Transformers... ahhhh...

Favourite song? No One.

What is your favourite animal? A chickie.

Favourite Season? Snow.

I looked at him like, what? you hate winter! and he said: "It's because I love following snowplows around, mommy!'

Then I said to myself: hmmm... what else should I ask? And he says: "Mommy, ask me what projects I like doing!"

What projects do you like doing? Fixing lights and plumbing.

I have to start thinking of new questions to ask him! Any suggestions, anyone?

Ask him some cooking questions! I'd love to hear where he thinks macaroni and cheese comes from!

Ask him who his best friend is...I get some crazy answers from Miss Peach on that one;)

I love asking my kids "What does Mommy do?" You might be surprised by that answer!

So cute! You should re-do that quiz every year and see how the answers change!

So cute. Do it on tape!
I like asking them how they'd describe themselves, and what they want to be when they grow up.

That's awesome! Good for you for keeping journals for each kid. I meant to, but writing down occasional funny stuff on scraps of paper is the most I can manage. I like to think my blog serves as a sort-of baby journal. For the whole world to enjoy! Hope my kids don't mind when they're older...

I love that you do this with your babies-when do you have time to journal? I have bought my journals and thought Mother's Day would be my first entry for them-no go!!

These are so cute Miss Loulou, thank you for sharing them! He sounds very smart and very creative... many you can ask him about building buildings and how he would do that...? (Lame, I know!)

Too cute! Boys are so sweet. How about: What's your favorite story? And "Tell me a story, son"!
