Pop a cherry...

... and help save your life! Cherries are, as you know, yummy and now reports show that they're really, really good for you too. The cherry has become one of the most powerful new antioxidant superfruits, according to an article I just read. And i also think that they are talking about real cherries-- not the crap that they serve on desserts!!! (That everyone but me love!!! lol)

Yeah the real yummy cherries, the ones that are dark in colour and not florescent red! I love real cherries... could eat them all day long!
